“LLB-60 Batch Farewell-Spring: 2026: Celebrate Achievements & Memories”

The Department of Law, World University of Bangladesh successfully organized the “LLB-60 Batch Farewell–Spring 2026: Celebrate Achievements & Memories” on Saturday, 16 May 2026, at the Founding Treasurer Morsheda Choudhury Auditorium of the university. The event was arranged to honor and congratulate the graduating students of the LLB-60 Batch and celebrate their academic achievements, memories, and contributions to the Department of Law.

Professor Dr. M. Nurul Islam, Hon’ble Pro Vice Chancellor, attended the program as the Chief Guest. In his speech, he congratulated the graduating students and emphasized the importance of honesty, leadership, and dedication in the legal profession.

Md. Iqbal Hossain, Public Prosecutor, District and Sessions Judge Court, Dhaka, attended the event as the Special Guest. In his speech, he encouraged the graduating students to uphold justice, integrity, and professional ethics in their legal careers. He also inspired them to work for the protection of human rights and the rule of law in society.

Professor Zaki Imam, Registrar, and Professor Dr. Md. Abdul Jalil, Dean of the Faculty of Arts & Humanities, attended the program as Guests. They appreciated the initiatives of the Department of Law and wished the graduating students success in their future endeavors.

The event was chaired by Dr. Mohiuddin Md. Al-Amin, Head of the Department of Law. In his speech, he congratulated the graduating students and encouraged them to uphold professional ethics, legal knowledge, and social responsibility in their future careers. He also expressed his sincere gratitude to the Chief Guest, Special Guest, distinguished guests, faculty members, students, and organizers for making the farewell program successful and memorable.

The program featured speeches, cultural performances, memory-sharing sessions, and crest distribution among the graduating students.
